At BoldWearCiteino, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item under the following conditions:

• The item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
• The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
• A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
• Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened or used strings, reeds, or drumsticks.
• Items damaged due to improper use or accidents.
• Gift cards and digital downloads.

3. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email.
• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

4. Exchanges
